Payment & Insurance

Payment Policy

Payment or co-payment is expected at time of each appointment. If we are out of network for your insurance, we will be happy to provide a coded invoice or “superbill” that you can present to your insurer for possible reimbursement. Cash rates available upon request.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hour of each client’s scheduled appointment.  A $75 charge will be applied to each late cancellation or no show.
